Nice to meet you.
My name is Sara and I’m a 28-year-old photographer ( & occasional writer) based in Niagara Falls, Ontario. I am from many places, but originally from Sremski Karlovci, Serbia.
I am self-taught and I’ve been photographing ever since elementary school! I’ve always been fascinated by the colors, textures, and stories the world has to offer. That same fascination has carried on into my current works, often described as having a “in the moment”, dream-like, retro, and evocative feel to it.
I have always been attracted to the nostalgic magic of fairytales. As a child I loved spending long days in the forest by my home, enraptured by the trees and critters I’d spot through the brambles. You’d often find a book of fairytales tucked under my arm or in my bag. The magic and wonder I experienced formed the artist I am. It has been a lifelong dream to one day open my own small business. Even though my efforts are still in their infancy, every little success means so much.
My end goal is to make my subjects beautiful, artistic, confident and just, themselves. So, let’s get outside the box and create something that truly represents YOU.
